Hi there, and welcome! 👋
I’m Romana, a learning experience designer and content creator who's always been curious about how I can make the best use of my time without compromising the quality of my work.
As my primary role is to write and create learning resources or online content, I experiment with a lot of AI tools. My constant exploration has taught me many tools that do take the stress out of my daily tasks—writing, planning, researching, creating content, creating scenarios or stories.
And so I bring you this newsletter!
🧠 Smarter You Every Week is your go-to guide for learning a new AI tool in small, practical ways, gaining content creation tips, and making life better through productivity hacks.
Whether you're a creator, coach, educator, or just curious, this space is for you.

Makes the best use of the powerful features of ChatGPT, Claude, Mistral AI, and Gemini to help you:
Summarize multiple-language YouTube videos, with or without timestamps; you can even adjust the length of the generated summary.
Highlight important text in web articles or PDFs, add notes relevant to the highlighted text, and share your insights with others.
Transcribe audio and video files.
E-learning Insight: 3:1 Rule for Visuals
What does it say?
For every three screens (or slides) of text-based content, include one screen with a strong, meaningful visual.
Why should you use it?
Learners process visuals 60,000 times faster than text, and too much text-heavy content can lead to cognitive overload and a drop-off in attention.
What Counts as a Meaningful Visual?
A diagram that explains a process.
A flowchart that maps steps or decisions.
A photo that sets context or adds realism.
An illustration that supports the concept.
A GIF or short video clip to show movement or emotion.
Even a comic strip to explain a concept in a fun way!
Today’s Productivity Tip - Pomodoro Technique
A popular time management method that helps you stay focused and productive by breaking your work into short, timed intervals.
How It Works:
Choose a task you want to work on.
Set a timer for 25 minutes (this is called one Pomodoro).
Work on the task until the timer rings.
Take a short break (5 minutes).
After every 4 Pomodoros, take a longer break (15–30 minutes).
Why It Works:
Reduces distractions
Improves focus
Prevents burnout
Encourages regular breaks
What’s Buzzing in AI?
Swiss researchers have developed RoboCake — a robot you can eat. The dessert features two animated teddy bears made from gelatin and syrup that can move, dance, taste like chocolate, and also provide vitamins.
